WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  1. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing with verification, and additional 2-5 business days for shipping.
  2. All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification which may delay shipment. Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process.
  3. If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

WHAT CARRIER DOES TOUCHSTONE USE?

  1. Touchstone ships most packages via USPS and UPS. Although we are subject to change these at any moment.
  2. If you are unable to receive delivery from either carrier, please contact us, info@touchstoneapparel.com.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
  1. We cannot fulfill any requests to change sizes or items after orders have been placed. We can only cancel orders and provide you with a refund.
  2. Orders may or may not be exchanged or returned unless there are major defects or errors with your order.
  3. In any case that your items are defective, damaged, have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us info@touchstoneapparel.com.

 

I PLACED MY ORDER AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

  1. During high-traffic orders, there may be a delay in delivering confirmation emails.
  2. If you have not received your email after 2 hours, we ask that you please check your junk mail folder.
  3. In the matter of mistakenly entering the wrong email or information, please contact us with your order number and full name so we can provide you with the proper confirmation.

 

IS THERE A CERTAIN RELEASE DATE FOR ITEMS?

  1. Most products do not have a specific release date.
