- Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing with verification, and additional 2-5 business days for shipping.
- All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification which may delay shipment. Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process.
- If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Touchstone ships most packages via USPS and UPS. Although we are subject to change these at any moment.

- We cannot fulfill any requests to change sizes or items after orders have been placed. We can only cancel orders and provide you with a refund.
- Orders may or may not be exchanged or returned unless there are major defects or errors with your order.

- During high-traffic orders, there may be a delay in delivering confirmation emails.
